Wiley Media Solutions (“Wiley Media Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit wileymediasolutions.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our marketing services (together, the “Services”), how we use that information, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Wiley Media Solutions is a family-owned marketing agency based in Cookeville, Tennessee that provides website design, search engine optimization, advertising, and related digital marketing services to home service companies such as roofing, HVAC, construction, and cleaning businesses.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

We collect information you give us directly, such as when you fill out a contact or free audit form, request a quote, book a call, subscribe to our emails, create an account, or become a client. This may include:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Company name, job title, business address, and website
  • Messages, project details, and any other information you choose to share
  • Login credentials if you create a customer account or portal login
  • Billing and payment details when you purchase services (payment card numbers are processed by our third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers)

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure advertising. These may include:

  • Essential cookies that make the Site work
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which help us understand traffic and behavior on the Site

The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

  • Marketing emails. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us to opt out. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your account or services.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
  • Cookies. Adjust your browser or ad platform settings as described in Section 5.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may request to access, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 15. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

13. Visitors Outside the United States

Wiley Media Solutions operates in the United States and the Site is intended for United States visitors. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
